msvcp100.dll doesn't exist error when starting Qremesher

The ZBrush installer checks to ensure that certain portions of Windows are present.  If they are missing, it installs them for you.  However, Windows sometimes gives the ZBrush installer a false positive, resulting in the missing .dll file.

The first solution is to go to your ZBrush 4R4\Troubleshoot Help folder.  Run each vcredist installer found there.  Once complete, launch ZBrush and try Qremesher again.  In most cases the issue will now be resolved.

If the problem persists, then your Microsoft C++ installation itself is corrupt.  In that case, go to the Windows Control Panel and uninstall all copies of Microsoft C++ that it lists.  Once those are removed, run the vcredist installers from the Troubleshoot Help folder.  This should now resolve the Qremesher issue.
