Changing My Email Address

Pixologic is happy to change the email address associated with your account.

Please do not use the Support control panel's change of address feature.  While it will let you update your Support account it will not affect your ZBrush registration.  That can ONLY be changed by Pixologic staff.

Because your email address is part of your account security and used for activation of ZBrush, we have certain measures in place for your protection:

  • Email address changes must be in writing, through a Support ticket.  We cannot change your email address by phone or by general email.
  • If you still have access to your old email address, please submit your Support ticket using that address rather than the new one.  This automatically verifies your identity for us.
  • If you no longer have access to your old email address, you must include additional verification information with your request.  You may include either:
    • The street address that we would have on record for your account, or:
    • A scan of your photo ID

 

Upon verification of your information we will update your account in our records.  This will include the activation system and the Support system.  From that point forward, for anything that requests your "original email address used at time of purchase" please use your new email address instead.

Note:  This change will not affect your ZBrushCentral account.  You can change that yourself by logging into ZBC and using the email address change feature in the user control panel.
